I actually have a grip and I get sick of listening to whingers.
It is not about company insiders.
We are just normal shareholders that have thought it a more than fair and reasonable outcome for the company.
If you look at the voting, even with Thorney carrying on and throwing their weight around, the net effect was insignificant.
Too much sour grapes from shareholders that were out voted.
I am happy with the management and am there for the long run for these guys.
I think they are doing a stella job.
When the shareholders speak, the least you can do is support the collective decision.
BTW, in the money options are not that good in a company that the share price has been all over the place $0.84 to $1.95 back down to about $1.42 and today at 1.62 with no volume.
These guys have to invest about 5M of their money back in to the company to crystalise any percieved gain and then they cannot sell them like you or I for a multitude of reasons.
