Regulatory change is definitely one of the risks to keep an eye on. I spoke to Management recently with regards to the ASIC review of auto-financing. Apparently the main focus is to clamp down on flex-commissions and unnecessary/costly warranty products neither of which Money3 offers as part of its rem structure and funding. I have been trying to get hold of the relevant ASIC consultation paper however not having the publication number (CP no) I have drawn a blank on their website which is frustrating.
