The My Baby Warehouse website lists a lot more stores than that article...so unless they feel moving into a hybrid model with a large amount of stores is a good option. Would depend on lots of things like lease terms, store profitability.

I would be interested to see them cherry pick the brand and the best 5 stores based on profitability and strategic importance from a logistics perspective and widen their physical footprint to enable higher margin distribution across all of the group's businesses.

For example, they could cherry one of the Perth stores, one Brisbane store, Wollongong, Canberra and other really profitable stores in the network.
