By my calculation the broker made $230,000 in fees by subscribing for $700,000 of stock.
Meanwhile the many loyal shareholders who sent in their cheques without knowledge of a looming placement probably remain in the red as they continue to average down to keep the company in business.
At this rate I could be in the Top 20 in time for the 2015 Annual Report. Perhaps they should include photos of us.
