No axe to grind here I'd be one of the few who traded this stock and actually made a profit from it. Bearish view for over the past couple years is simply to warn others from investing in a company which should of been delisted long ago, for obvious reasons one only has to look at the rapid MC decline over that same period.

Be thankful that your trade on a news announcement only cost you brokerage, cheapest lesson in the market you'll ever get.

Never buy any stock let alone a penny dreadful as bad as this one on a news announcement.
