With the benefit of hindsight you really have a have a giggle at the reality of a major competitor buying convertible debt worth multiples of the current market cap for a paltry $1m. Whoever pulled this deal together for NEC is a genius!
Fairly sad state of affairs for any staff members being issued those options...
