Almost 2b shares issued whats a few more million added to the pot towards the never ending downward spiral of investors equity. Certainly very little compared to the almost 3b Langsford tried to flog off just a few months ago and still casting a huge shadow over this companies SP.

Company is almost out of cash and out of options to raise more, even La Jolla wouldn't be able to play their convertible notes shell game with this one. Maybe they'll make another attempt at passing the hat around existing customers to pay next months salaries.
