Often with shares for services style remuneration there may be a third part broker or company that provides a facility to sell the shares on allocation and initial agreement so the consultant actually gets full wack minus a service charge . That was in the good old days but these days you could just sell CFD's as an example to get the same result and mean you are not exposed to losing your income as a consultant due to market price variations. No idea if anyone would offer this service on TIS shares but where there is a fee there is always a way.
