Yes - you can buy an LIC at a bargain price but the illiquidity of some of them, like this one, means you may need the patience of Job to get the benefit of the cheap entry. The last annual report of FSI shows that four substantial shareholders held over 57% of the shares. That and the modest market cap can lead to the low daily turnover that the comparison lists don't tend to show.
