I wonder what the cost of offering the SPP was and whether the costs came out of the fund or the fund manager's pocket? When your share price sits consistently 15% or more below asset backing and you price the SPP almost at the current share price and time it so that it does not qualify for the upcoming dividend what support for it can you possibly expect?
