Unfortunately AON mangement does NOT play a straight bat, that's the best way I can explain it, at this end of the market you need to have a very honest upfront story. I don't believe AON has even remotely tried to explain this deal in the contect of its other projects, cash position and HPX JV. I don't believe it ever has explained any of its deals and this latest deal is even worse explained then the infamous HPX JV. We are not in safe hands here and need to tread very carefully. buyer beware...
