Here we go again. More shares being issued, surely this board should inform share holders what they really mean by "working capital"? I concede I may be wrong, but I personally would like to know if the issuing of more shares is purely for or part thereof of paying over inflated wages. Why should we continue to dilute shares to pay the wages of a Board that has delivered nothing of value. I hope that shareholders do not buy these shares and give them more money to waste, we need to force this board to be fully accountable for their actions. IMO DYOR
