    It's amazing how regularly we get these 3Bs advising us of more shares being issued to staff/personnel under the employee incentive programme('EIP') and all the while the SP continues it's plunge. Is there a direct correlation between the falling share price and the issue of more shares under the EIP? The EIP under IVA is a farce!
