converting them didnt give torian any extra money, they have the money from the convertible note.
Basiclly they gave tnr 170k and immediately called for 70k worth of shares at .0008.
20% must look pretty tempting, any they sell at .002 is all bonus. Smart business should mean they minimise their ris and exposure.
lets see what happens.
