well i think your find they have probably done a behind the doors deal to benefit both parties,mmx has spent what on the rail so far? so mitsubishi gets the whole lot including the mine for 325 million, dont tell me that they havent got a buyer for part of the rail already lined up,screw mmx then sell it off, it was there fault with their refusal to lower the tarrifs in the first place that got us into this mess, now they take us over for a pittance and we get shafted. there is still time for another party to bid at the last minute but im not holding my breath for the moment.
