Can anyone give me a little insight into what's happened there. they've sold 500,000 worth of convertible notes at $1(?) to pay off a short term loan of $500,000. I wonder, would that be Phil Gray's loan? Is all this a good thing?
I'm not really familiar with how convertible notes work, (research required).... does it mean they've secured some more funding?
