    I should also add, at the time POL was taken over by MIN (via scrip offer) the MIN share price was around $5, it's now around $13. Given this, it is now much more attractive/cheaper for MIN if it were to make a scrip offer for CAZ. Less dilution to MIN holders.

    Luck all. Obviously all this is speculation but CAZ is a sitting duck IMO.
