Should have been Bpay option, but still plenty of time. Express posted my recent one from Northern NSW and Link had it passed on to Octanex within 4days i think. If you ring Link they can email the form to you, or so i was told recently. You may need to ring Octanex but either way one of them should be able to email you a conversion form, considering no Bpay option, so as to cut out a few days waiting for the snail mail to turn up.
