    re: Ann: Appendix 3B - Shares and Options rel... Seems interesting to me that Sino-Excel is one of the few Chinese based coal companies making a profit, yet its share price is seems quite low. I brought shares at 15c and now its only 8.2c. Could anyone give me their opinion as to why the price would be so low?
