Is it a transfer of wealth or capping? The selling at 13 cents has been relentless and calculated. I had thought previously the selling was to ensure the CR occurred at favorable prices, but now that is out of the way I can not see any logic in the selling? There is clearly substantial demand noting the continued volume. If it is not a capper, SE1 looks like it will move fairly quickly to the upside once the seller is finished throwing their money away. Plenty of demand here which is very encouraging... Alternatively, should it be a capper, I wonder how far away the offer is and at what price.
