Ann: Appendix 3B Placement, page-91

The issuing of the 3B appears to be the reply to a pending 249 being issued. Query.....
Has this exceeded the maximum  placement rules without holder approval? @fooca ?  

The lifestyle arrangements look like being fought to the death. Seems some think the current management are untouchable and make brilliant decisions, but l ask them, how did it come to this if that were so true?
Any change is a progressive step and cant possibly do worse than the current s...'s  given the status. L expect this placement will wipe off another 20% come Monday.

Its not surprising the current situation exists, so much fluff and absolutely no substance for over 2 years.
Good work by those that are sick of watching thier hard earned be squandered and taking action to stop the rot.
