I'm with Taurus65 on this, who is we?

I'm just as disillusioned as everyone else with the poor performance/governance of the existing board but don't want to throw the baby out with the bath water either.

Apologies if it was already posted and I missed it (the confrontational nature of GPP threads wore my interest out a few months ago so I only tend to click on one or two trusted posters to get a general idea of what's going on) but I would like to see who the proposed replacements are, what their qualifications are and what business/board experience they have along with any other relevant details regarding what they will be bringing to the table, both individually and as a group, that will be of ultimate benefit to shareholders.
