I am too speechless. The only word I can say is "disgraceful" about this CR.

First of all GPP definitely do not need this CR. We all are in the same opinion that this CR has been done only for increasing their "Against" votes in the EGM. I don't think it's going to work either. This CR is last hopeless move by the directors of this existing board. I believe they will still lose the EGM if the the 249D happens.

GPP have 1.455 million shares on issue atm and around 350m of these shares will vote for the existing board to stay. However there are still 1.100 million (1.1b) shares should be voting against them if they can all vote. It would only need hard working for all of us to reach to everyone to vote "For" the resolutions of the new proposed directors on the notice of 249D.
