Cyril, I dont believe this will be successful as I am sure GK would have worked the room to get enough shares to vote it down, maybe even another 150 million just recently, the market will look at it as creating instability in the company and investors will not want to be involved knowing that there is so much unrest, I agree 100% in what is being said here and unless there is some big hitters to replace the current management then no I dont think it will revive the SP, IMO the company will go into a TH and then suspension, this suspension could last for a long time, someone needs to be held accountable for the position that the company is in, and I am sure no one will put there hand up, if this is the best solution than so be it, I just hope they have some big hitters lined up like BGS did or it could be very detrimental to the company and the SP, GLTAH
