Coming from a sales and business development background, and as a modest investor in AEI I am pleased to see that the company is gearing up its marketing and sales function.
This is a classic business to business sales scenario and AEI is well positioned now to develop a nice fat opportunity pipeline by targeting big air con and refrigeration users.
With a smart discovery process AEI shouldn’t find it too hard to show its prospects how it can save them money (which in turn returns more profit). It’s a classic needs resolution and diagnostics sell. And in these diagnostic situations you can really control the sale process while building good relationships with the customer.
With global warming, carbon pricing, inconsistent energy prices and financial rationalisation going on all over the world I think AEI looks like a great opportunity. I am keen to do more research as an investor and would be very keen to hear opinions from others on this forum.
