At this rate of conversion there will be at least another 25 million shares left to dump. SP won't go anywhere, not up at least. Would you prefer to convert at a higher price and risk a SP fall or would it be in your interests to keep the SP low so that you can convert at lower levels and lower the risk? Simple, really.
