He must be confident targets can be met or he probably wouldn't have taken the gig. Yes, he also gets around $300k in wages, but that's not much for someone who was last year paid out $8.7mill from iinet....
However 10mill shares and options is more his level.
(However I would also like to see Mr Bader confirm his confidence more by seeing some on market buying from him).
