Im going to say it. Stevie was right. It's a ship that is sinking...the desperation for money is making these guys scratch. One thing that caught my eye a while ago. The amount of money spent to fix the roads was huge. It was caused by severe weather. Terential rain/ severe weather fractured the company's operation. One thing that worried me was that if this severe weather happened again or slowed their pace. Was there an exit strategy??
