The Options they were given in the IPO have an expiry date of about 2 years on average.
Its all part of the share register so its not a dilution because it was always expected for these to be excercised.
It means they didnt get these ones for free, they have to pay 25c for them.
Its like If you work at maccas, you might get a burger for half price .
There hasnt been an announcement saying they sold them to market,
They have bought them and the company gets the Cash.
These arnt any extra dilution, because they were listed with the IPO, so already known to the market and the valuation.
