Saudis have some crazy idea that by giving away their only source of income they can control the World , Wall St gets in on the act and using H.F. trading methods crash the markets , way way below their value , that is not just MRM it's everyone , MRM invokes their performance rights , at $1.60 they get 50% at $2.40 100% .
