No, they are getting close to the end of these tactics, the SP can only go so low. Every time there is a cash raise, it gets sold a little lower and the bottom of the tank now is in site. After that, the next tactic would be to consolidate and then see how much more can be squeezed out. Just like wringing out a wet dish cloth.
