Well - I reckon if I could get paid 350k for the first year and only lose shareholders $2.5 million in a year - then I would be entitled to a pay rise in my second year?

On his record since 2016 - he would have been be sacked in a salary job - surely? Confusing analogy.

"So why is he staying with tv2u?"

Well ... it might be reasonable to conclude that one reason that he stays with TV2 is the 350k salary and no apparent accountability by way of consequences for the disastrous financial performance of the company??
