Well I'd hate to be a holder in a company you owned the largest chunk of shares in.What kind of an idiot would be happy with 350k per annum (before tax), and not care about the value of his quarter of a million shares?
You do realize his shares are worth 1.5 million dollars at today's low SP?
When they go back to 1 cent his shares are worth 3 million.
At their peak of 2.7 cents in November 2017 they were worth 8 million dollars.
Out of Nicks 350k salary he pays 137k to mr tax man and is left with 212k.
in the past 4 years of paying himself that money, Nick has cleared 848k, in comparison to what his shares are worth even today, only a fool would see this a a financial incentive for Nick not to want the company to succeed.
