    Maybe they are trying to kick start the share price by giving a sense of turnaround. I also noticed today a potential buyer of 1.2 million options at .001. Maybe a little opportunistic but if someone gives in and dumps their options to them and positive news is released they could make a lofty $1000 if they rised 100% to .002
