If the share sale at 0.73c fails nearly completely then La Jolla Cove may come back in and push UXA down to 0.5c or lower -- that's the downside.
Upside would be director buying, though that would have to be considerable, combined with buying $15,000 worth in the shares sale -- more a case of, UXA directors, "PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE THE SALE IS" -- apart from Chairman Neill Arthur and MD Dr Penney, I have no confidence in the rest.
