Same here, I emaled the CO and got the below reply:
"Thank you for your email.
The Company, in conjunction with the underwriter of the rights issue, has elected not to issue any additional shares in excess of shareholders’ full entitlements under the shortfall facility, and to refund all application monies for additional shares to shareholder applicants. As the offer was very well subscribed, the Company is not proposing to review this decision. "
