Valueing Cynata is difficult. Now that it has a listed entity we will know in a much more liquid manner its true value as such. And any deals that may arise.
I am not so sure about the share coming back much. Indeed it could - it depends where the shares are going. 80m shares is bugger all in the scheme of things. The top 20 hold a very large % here so I am not too worried. I recall ISN vividly in its rerate.
With the management shift and virtual backdoor listing of Cynata for ecoquest scrip the ducks appear lined up for a rapid rerating. Couple this with the bull run that has only just STARTED in bio stocks we have a pretty good mix for some stellar gains over the developing years in my opinion. The Cynata technology looks brilliant in the pre trial on rats and the FDA approved facilities in Wisconsin are a great addition.
For the above I feel ecqo deserves a speculative position in my portfolio. The power of sentiment should not be underestimated in the current climate. I font think it will drop back below 2c for long at all.
