MOX issue 53,819,173 shares at 1c and then announce a new project three days later , once the shares went much higher on this announcement the shortfall of 96m shares at 1c get placed several days later. Raise issued on the 15th, pump on the 18th with new project, dump on the 22nd when shortfall issued.
