I dont think theres any other endgame aprt from positioning for a TO. And sooner rather than later. The mote shares they awRd themselves the bigger their stake particularly if they signal not selling. All else seems absurd. Its an invitation and really even at these prices thats a fortune. 2 billion at 2c i.e. a cool 40 mill MC. The rolling escrow looks like an invitation
