Agree with you on that. Will sell any sizable chunks via off market trades and would seem silly to trade small lots with the size of their holdings. We would find out within days of directors starting to sell small parcels which also makes this strategy unlikely.
Another 6 months of growth and there is sure to be a few interested parties in gaining a sizable holding.
By then oilandgasman might even be ready to buy in?
