They did state in an earlier Ann the 15th nov for hotline rollout which will be staged from this month and into 2019, not sure how it or what but it’s a safe approach to have to iron the cracks out. Last Ann they said just November so could be playing it safe invade 15th doesn’t pan out. 
as for other due Ann’s anything could pop out on this one. Hoping to get time tonight to post another research post on salmon ventures as these guys are so well connected and respected in the world we are entering. These guys are not to be under estimated for the connections into utilities, health and some government departments from my memory which has been little way back. It reads to me like a good fit to speed the process up.
