I am just working on why they don't want to convert the oppies. To me, i ask who the biggest beneficiaries would be of option conversion. My guess is Mac and geoff p.
In terms of type E conversion, if mac sell the oppies they can't use them to buy back in.
It is a thought, definitely not based on fact as far as i know.
