It is ONLY the rights issue that has given a rational incentive to convert early. You'd otherwise have had rocks in your head to do so, and even with the rights issue most oppie holders seem to take the view that retaining the optionality is worth more than the incentive of a few rights.

Waiting for oppie convertion without having a CR was clearly not an option.

Nevertheless looking like being very well funded. I doubt they counted on most of that half million.
