This will be very interesting. As they were in escrow and the holders able to vote and now not valid and (from my understanding) we should see substantial shareholders NOTICES from all those that have above 5% stating their holdings as a % have gone up and those that were below 5% but now cross the threshold.........

Wonder if the Directors and others will declare. Suggest ASIC/ASX etc will be watching you guys. IMHO
