Ann: Appendix 3B-AYB.AX, page-3

Hi MeToo,
Was disclosed in an Ann a few months back when the SP was at 4c to 4,5c from memory that there was a private raise at 3.5c issued as convertible notes. Basically they have reached ex date and 10m in ord shares have been issued as disclosed at 3.5c against a $350k private funds injection.

Presumably being used to assist in securing the first two farms ?? Who knows.....

I will be asking these questions at the EGM
