im with phil on this, why would spring tree buy at 12 cents when sp is lower. the sp has been around 10 to 10.5 lately so 8.7 is discount of around 15%. any small placement with a broker would probably be 20 to 30% so that is ok. question is whether spring tree is doing much selling? the market place is just crappola at the moment with lots of good stocks going sideways. fwl dosn't have the buying support in this market that it used to have so that will be partly to blame. quarterly out soon so let us hope there is good news about taifeng deal in that.
