Phil, how do you calc -130%VWAP? i only get about 15% discount to sp. you couldn't do a private placement for less than 30% discount in this market so this isn't too bad. i agree that if springfield is selling lots of shares then that is a problem. do you have any knowledge that it is springfield or are you just guessing from the pattern?
