At the last AGM - 29 Nov 2016, we (the shareholders), passed a resolution to allow the issue of these shares under rule 7.1 (without security holder approval).

I think this is a great result, and could have been raised @ a 25% discount to recent VWAP, which would have been a disaster.

$363,050 raised with an increase to share on issue of 3.56%.

If you held 2mil shares, your dilution = .002%

However, Mr Bizzell's dilution (1,099,902,623 shares) = 1.23%

To keep this in perspective, every 0.001 cent increase in SP = circa 27%
