Just to put the Winton Willesee thing to bed once and for all.

Winton is not a Board member of Terrain Minerals. He is a Joint Company Secretary (job share arrangement) and they are paid market competitive rates, with no other incentive payments (like options).

Board and Secretary roles are very separate and have to be for a company to function within legal requirements and guidelines. He makes no board level decisions as he is “Not on the board”, he helps provide TMX with company secretarial services and our professional Auditors have found no issues when reviewing the company.

If you have had a negative experience in the past and with other non-related entities, perhaps its best to take these issues up directly with Winton himself or perhaps let the guy get on with making a living as the character assassination is not wanted nor justified on this thread or elsewhere.
