There is a large difference between 'mud slinging' and actually looking at the 'performance' of companies he has/is involved with, while he was at them. Having gone through the drama myself at Birimian, I simply don't trust the bloke with my investment (and the others involved), having seen the state that the company was in when he resigned. Which happened to conveniently be the morning of the vote, from which they had access to the online votes...

In my opinion, he and the board were not doing the best for shareholders and enjoyed a very nice gig for themselves, until holders got together and did something about it. Management are critical to the success of a company and I would encourage all holders and those considering to invest here, to do your own research on the performance of the companies he and other management here were/are involved in while they were there and come to your own judgement.


FYI, back then he was the one 'hiding' and us 'keyboard warriors' couldn't contact him during this time. However from his 'hiding' spot at a 'keyboard' he managed to write us 'warriors' a letter claiming our company was under threat and also hired out a call centre to with the same strategy to try and convince holders to vote for him.

Be wary in all of your investments that management are working for you, not their own lifestyles.
